ADV-2000 Analog-to-Digital Converter
transforms analog stereo audio into a true digital audio stream,
thereby providing comparably high quality sound and portability.
This allows you to connect devices with analog audio outputs to devices
requiring digital inputs, either via PCM or Optical connections.
For example, connect the Analog Stereo Audio outputs from legacy audio
equipment, such as CD Players, Cassette/Tape Players or Radio Tuners to
devices with Coaxial or Optical Digital inputs, such as Mini Disc Recorders,
Digital Receiver/Decoders, etc. A Synchronous Recording Switch is
provided for automatic synchronous recording from CD to Mini Disc. This
keeps the overdubbed parts in synchronization with the record tracks.
To further increases connection flexibility, the ADV-2000 also converts
Composite Video to S-Video or vice versa without degrading video quality.
