AVT-5642MX Composite & S-Video
Matrix Router is a 4-Input by 2-Output switcher that can be used
for either Composite Video or S-Video, plus Stereo Audio. The AVT-5642MX
is able to independently send the selected input to the outputs.
Since it is a Matrix Switcher, each of the two outputs can have the same
or a different video signal, selected from any input. Selection
can be made by the front panel push buttons or by the IR Remote Control.
Up to four Composite or S-Video devices, such as VCR's, DVD Players, Video
Game Consoles, Cable Boxes or Satellite Receivers, can be connected two
destination devices, such as TV Sets, or VCR's, without moving cables
around. The high signal bandwidth insures no loss of video or audio
quality. Note - The unit does not transcode video signals, so for
example, a Composite Video Input must go to a Composite Video device and
not to an S-Video device.
