SB-3670 NTSC Video Conditioner is a useful accessory when copying videotapes, VCD's, DVD's or other video sources.  Its Automatic Gain Control circuitry insures that proper video signal level is maintained into the recording machine.  Please Note: Use of this product for unauthorized duplication of copyrighted material from any media is prohibited unless the copy qualifies as a fair use under copyright laws.
